The Purem by Eberspächer Quality Day was an opportunity to review standards, intensify processes and, above all, to celebrate ourselves.

Conditions are not always easy: Covid pandemic, shortage of skilled workers, supply of raw materials. LEARNING THROUGH PLAY
The Purem by Eberspächer Quality Day took place at all sites worldwide. The focus was on both internal optimization and international knowledge sharing. The teams took time to review processes and work together to identify opportunities for improvement. The topic of quality was also presented in a playful way: Colleagues competed in teams to identify faults in exhaust aftertreatment systems and tested their knowledge of quality basics in a global quiz via an app. One thing was never neglected: fun and mutual appreciation.
